House and Senate committees have begun scheduling bill hearings for prefilled legislation.
One notable bill is SB 266. It sets out specific “planning principles” for local comprehensive planning and the State Economic Growth, Resource Protection, and Planning Policy. It will be heard on January 21 in the Senate Energy, Environment, and Education Committee.
